java detour® is looking for high-profile locations throughout the
US and the world. java detour's boutique upscale brand is a welcome addition to
any development anywhere. java detour® seeks both corporate store and franchise
store locations. our basic site criteria are as follows: morning side of the street,
unimpeded visibility and access, minimum daily traffic count of 40,000 cars
or more. our store footprints range from 800 sq ft to 2300 sq ft w/1400 sq ft end
cap stores, with or without drive-thru, as our preferred store footprint. we look
forward to touring any locations that meet our minimum site criteria.
